I have to go out most mornings and get the heater sorted before the wife does the school run, when we first got the car she has to pull off road and ring me due to the windows "steaming up" but if there is a quick fix from a main dealer then most of my problems are almost sorted......where are you from in Fife....

Im near St Andrews .... There sounds like there is a "Fix" but I guarantee my dealer will say theres nothing wrong with it or its had the fix .

I would like to find out the remedy number or print it out to take to the dealer and ask them to do this .

This is the only thing i could find.....

the only thing i can see is Field Remedy: 2809

A software failure in the heating / climate control module may disable the stepper motors for air distribution mode and temperature of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. Loss of the ability to set the mode to the defrost/defog function can decrease the driver's visibility under certain driving conditions. The heating / climate control module will set diagnostic trouble codes B0233 und B0408, possibly B0418, too

              Hello Arroas
The last comment on that subject was 6 years ago .
I would suggest starting a new thread
In this section below , giving as much information about your problems and the model , engine size , year , everything you can so that we can give you correct answers . Don't worry about your lack of English, just do what you can so we can help .
