MAJOR UPDATE - PROBLEM FIXED


I wanted to share a major update with you, I have had the problem fixed this morning.

After all the crap I have been through, I took it to a garage this morning (I will add to recommended garages) and it turns out the wishbone bolts weren't properly torqued, despite everything being torqued before.

Literally the chap went round and torqued everything about 20 mins and took for a drive, came back and said its fixed. I didn't believe so went for a test drive, OH MY GOD, the car is totally silent now and it feels stiffer.

I am chuffed to bits!

Thank you to each and every one of you who has tried to help me resolve this issue. I have spent many a night reading about ways to resolve! Thank you.



NOW, important stuff - LET THE MODs BEGIN. I've already bought some mud flaps, some 18" alloys, looking for a lip spoiler, rear tints soon too....

Well we never said we know it all
But we gave it our best shot / advice.

Could the wishbone of been torqued up with out the suspension being loaded up so it’s twisting the bushing on the metal sleeve inside?

Please tell me the torque setting for the wishbone bush for my 2013 Insignia 2.0 CDTI.
