Horn stuck on

Hello
Got insignia 2009
Tonight the horn stuck on and had to remove the fuse 51 to turn it off
First I removed the battery cable but when I plugged it back the horn stick on
Finally the removal of the fuse turned the horn off

Now what is the problem and how to fix it
Kindly advise

Could be horn relay,think it's non changable ,but could be your horn button or even a wiring fault.

That's like the old guy who went to the doctors coz he had problems sleeping......the pharmacy mixed up the medication and gave him viagra.........he went home and had 40 wanks
