Digital display issue

I've a 2016 Insignia

Arrived home last night parked up all good.

Got into the car this morning ( it was -3c last night)

Car starts normal

But the digital display comes up with the below picture

Thinks it's an automatic
No other information speed/mileage etc
I go to options and can't access info or settings
Have a new navigation menu never had before
Parking sensors beep normally but doesn't show on the display

Any clues or fixes?

Disconnect the battery for half an hour and then re-connect and follow the prompts to operate your electric windows.
And see what happens.
