Just search for the part on eBay. Vauxhall have a backlog of 10,000 (approx) so it's quicker and cheaper going that way. Just search for intercooler pipe, it's an extremely common issue

Worth a try. Sourcing the part from vx will be your issue, they simply don't have stock.mas fast as they get them in they are out again.

Autovaux get the part in every few days from the same supplier that makes the part for GM.

Is?nt it just amazing that a global issue with a crappy part from GM can be handled in the way that owners have to pay - again?

I just wonder what other crap parts are fitted on the Insignia that will need to be "upgraded" to a decent quality, also paid by the owner.

        Bad style.

Power Steering Pressure pipe, EGR cooler, Various sensors, door bungs block so doors fill with water, open the boot in the rain and the water will run of the hatch into your boot and the intellink on the facelift model has more gremlins than is funny to name a few. VX will accept liability on circa 7900 pressure pipes but the rest you are on to plums with unless it is under Warranty!
