Which head gasket sealant?

Hi guys, I hate to ask. Which head gasket sealer would be best?. I dont really want to use this stuff but circumstances are dictating that its an option atm.

the only other route is getting the engine stripped, then the head skimmed and pressure tested with new gaskets.

thanks. Tbh didn't spent a lot on the car. I could do the job myself but going in for surgery on my right hand Friday.
