Yes any high temperature liquid gasket will do .

In my code reader it say the transfer case solinoide is stuck, with the inspection cover off I have the pump at the bottom and at the top I presume the solinoide, but can't see how there bolted in, how can I remove them to spray them down?

Remove the controller 2,4mm hex then the solinoid maybe stuck in the Haldex coupling get a pair of pump plyers and persuaded it out get a catch tray because thee may be some spilling of haldex fluid.

Pump pliers are they the ones that look like a circle when closed

So local engineers managed to get the plug out and I had an old sump plug that fitted all back together now a very small leak around one screw I shall monitor, I will do it again in a few weeks just to give it a good clean, I couldn't get the plugs undone for the other half so only the haldex is done, I don't know if it happend when I removed the ecu side of the haldex but the pump wasn't plugged in, both wheels move independently of the other now in either direction with the car in neutral, and I could hear electric moving sounds comming from it not sure if I should hear anything was only because I started the car and put my head on the haldex ,
I'm definitely going to replace the rear brake brackets, as when I had each wheel up for a spin I could hear them grinding away,
Unfortunately I won't know if the cars fixed untill then and Saturday I'll find out if I screwed up as driving it 200 miles haha

So even with a piston tool i couldn't get the caliper to retract even after opening the bleed hole, piston would spin in place but not move back, do I need a new one also I'm not sure how to use the silicone where should I place it in here to stop the leaks, it was leaking from the bottom 2 screws and the bottom left

First off make sure the cover is flat with no high or low spots
Place the liquid gasket on the cover making sure it's an even bead of sealant 2-3mm max don't put anymore than that.
Then place the gasket on top then another then bead of liquid gasket on top of that
Making sure all surfaces are flat and clean.
Then do up the bolts in an opposing pattern to the same tightness.

Ok i will give that a try tomorrow just need to pop to Halford for more brake clean I've orderd 2 new calipers thought best to replace axle pairs, I've done so much work to this car this month
