Thanks for updating. That was a lot of work to get a result but hopefully that's the end of it

    Hello,

So finally solved the problem... The cause was EGR valve not working as should... After valve change the rev bumb is gone...

    Thank you all!!!

    Hello,

so today I pick up my Insignia back from local garage.... result... they do not know whats the cause...they done lot of diagnostic... but only situation where the fuel presure is unstable is after return to idle... during drive nothing abnormal... the correction in fuel is so small that the car do not get any error or warning...
They told me that if the problem is high pressure pump the behaviour should be different... so...

    I dont know guys

Maybe because you don't know how to use it or . there's something wrong with your version.

I cannot believe that no one can find the fuel trims.
Live data will show you them
    Your looking for
    STFT and LTFT .
Those throttle bodys were being replaced due to a trouble code .
The same thing was happening with the insigniaA.
It got so bad i think at 1 point 1000 odd throttle bodys were on back order .
Someone on here had that problem and his was off the road for months.vauxhall supplied him with a loan car ..
There are tests and parameters that have to diagnosed before hand .
    Throttle pedal positions against value.
Wiring harness from pedal to throttle body.
Also, the ECU commands as well .
I know i did explain it to someone on here a few years ago.
If all is well with a outcome then it starts looking like. Internal ecu failure.

Get them to check the values from the throttle pedal!
On the Norwegian Insignia page on Facebook at of people had their pedal replaced under warranty on the B model.

Here is video from engine bay ... https://photos.app.goo.gl/PAAG83SM3GwVijaP8

We tried Launch diagnostic tool but we were unable to find fuel trims... just pressures etc...

I will try local Opel one more time...

Also another thing is what values are you expecting to see and where have you got these expected values from for you to say there's too much fuel pressure?.
Too much fuel pressure could be a calmination of the injectors shutting down so it's building pressure .
The light line on the picture is from the Bosch diagnostic tool where it shows how the presure should be... the bold line is current presure... from the valve...

Do you have any Bosch Car Service nearby or anyone that has a good reputation in car diagnostics?
Yes, the car where changed injectors, pressure valve and sensor was Bosch Diesel service center...
