  • Rear door stiff.

    Hi all,

Over the past couple of days, the rear drivers side door on my 13 plate has become increasingly more stiff to open and close. I have noted that the strap hinge part (plastic or plastic coated) has started to become damaged.

Any ideas guys? This is a new one on me.

    Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Scotty.

I am going to have a good look tomorrow at it. The check strap looks pretty torn up from first glance. The door has not dropped or anything like that, that I can see anyway.

        Thanks for the replies.

The check straps are black plastic and with the use they get it looks like it's scored/ripped etc.

They all look the same bud
