Does anyone know if it's legal in europe to add front spoiler to car ? Does it affect MOT test ?

I mean something like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002810488916.html

    Caleb,

These are fine to fit to a car in the UK as they have no sharp edges protruding and it doesn't affect the MOT either.

In Europe, it may be different, but the modding scene is a lot bigger in certain countries, so i doubt it would be an issue....but you never know what kind of legislation the clowns in Brussels bring in when it suits them.

I hope it will be ok. In my country we have quite a lot of regulations for MOT. Everything must be certified. For example all additional lights (side marker lights, daytime driving lights, aftermarket replacement turn signal lights) must have correct markings and must be installed according to strict rules, some can only be installed in certain cases. But it all stems from European regulations.
Everything I do to mod my car (that changes the exterior look or functionality), I have to do extensive searches about laws and regulations.

Couldn't find anything about front spoiler though. Some say it's ok, some say it's not ok, but couldn't find any written regulations. Trying to sort it out before installing.
