Rear light cluster

Hello guys, looking to source a rear light cluster for my 2016 insignia hatchback, I've found one from a 2013 which is in good condition, only thing is the part numbers are different, would this be an issue? Thanks

2013 is prefacelift bud, you need 14 to 16 plate...

Cheers Lizard for the advice, the above is only for the small lens on the tailgate, its the whole cluster I need, lots on ebay so now I now what years to look at, cheers.
