  • Headlamp levelling error

Hello, I have a 2012 elite nav tourer, I have just replaced pretty much all of the suspension due to age. I now have an intermittent headlamp level error flashing up on the dash with the little yellow light symbol. I have noticed it is triggered by right turns or sharp braking and only does it if I have a fairly heavy (18 stone) passenger in the front passenger seat. If I am on my own it is fine, if I have the wife with me it is also fine..
So it started doing this after I did the front lower arms, I did find the sensor bolted to the subframe and I did unplug it while I was doing the work, I have transferred the metal plate thing onto the new lower arm, it was quite rusty so after discovering the error i have bought a new one and imstalled it but to be honest it's worse. Unfortunately I don't have anything to pull codes out of this car but suggestions as to what I need to do this are welcomed. Is there a calibration needed? Will unplugging the battery likely to help? I'm not convinced I have a faulty sensor as it was working fine before I swapped the lower arm. All suggestions are very welcome
    Thank you all!

My suggestion is get a good code reader and get the codes or we will be playing parts darts .
do you, realise there's one on the N/S and O/S front and one on the N/S rear axel .
but without codes there's a chance it could be anything.

Thanks for the quick reply. Any suggestions on a reader that works with these cars?
