    Castrol Edge 5w-30 LL - ACEA C3, but isn't Dexos 2?

    My garage has done an oil change on my CDTi Ecoflex and used Castrol Edge 5w-30 LL fully synthetic oil.
    The spec (whilst being ACEA C3) does not include the Dexos2 rating, whereas Castrol sell another Castrol Edge that does have the Dexos2 rating!
    What would be the disadvantage, if any, of not using the Dexos spec oil, and should I get it changed? (Or maybe just shorten the interval before my next oil change?).

    Shorten the interval,then next change Dexos2 with filter,that's what I'd do tbh.
