Replacing TPMS sensors - Refit Costs

Just ordered a new set of 4 on fleabay as they never been changed and have all started to fail over last couple of months, followed recommendation for seller off another thread.

So my question is how much should I be realistically looking at for an Indy to replace them? I’ve seen some videos on YT doing it yourself and looks a ball ache not to mention I don’t know whether it messes up the balancing etc ..
