  • Introduction and Hello!

    Hello everyone,

My name is Simon (obvs ) I’m am a new owner of my Insignia and I don’t really know much about them tbh. I’ve had Vauxhall’s in the past like the Vectra x3 and a Calibra Turbo and now I’ve ended up with an insignia!

Totally love it, much better than my 07 Audi A6 I had, it would seem that my Insignia has benefitted from upgrades by someone of questionable boy racer age but I like them! Except for the green lights on the inside, need to change them! It’s also had all the chrome bits (which I like against the black) wrapped so it looks a little aggressive which I also like! Love those Atom alloys, deffinately the best alloy on Vauxhall’s IMO.

it’s a 64 plate and it’s done 97k so it’s due for a belt and water pump, which I will get round too at one point and hopefully before the belt let’s go! Haha (touching wood at this moment…. No really, a table not that kind of wood!)

Hehm, anyway, looking forward to meeting people and having a laugh, do you guys and gals have any meet ups or anything like that?

Anyway, nice to here from anyone else who has the LTD edition and what are they and why they were released etc.

    Many thanks

    Simon

                Hi Simon,

Don't be surprised if you find out it wasn't a boy racer who modded your Insignia....Chances are it was an old codger racer off here

Nice car btw....Not sure I recognise it but the green interior bulbs ring a bell....I'm sure he still has his though but I could be wrong.
