Imposter syndrome will kick in as I declare I am from the Highlands of Sweden, not UK although I've been there 4 times, worked in London, and plan to visit again in summer actually 
Just bought a 2016 Insignia, the 1.6 CDTi awaiting a stage 1 tuning. Meanwhile it's had each speck of dust inside removed, custom fit boot mat and a good clean outside (a pro will apply a really good clean+wax+seal next week). Suffice to say it's my sensible buy that I expect to pour some <3 into.
I'm coming from a 2003 Corolla T-Sport Hatchback 192bhp which I can't recommend enough. I kept it in good nick, dealer got a bargain (over here they just don't know...), but life has changed and so Saloon it is.
I will probably ask some dumb questions as a new owner. Brace yourselves
