Engine running rough out of the blue

Hey guys.
so strange this morning car starts fine drove to the city made a quick stop for a coffee and now started engine sounds like running on 5 cylinders with no engine light makes no sense.
tried disconnect battery did nothing and of course didn't got diagnostic tool with me stupid.
called tow truck back to the stealer as don't want damage the engine.

Crossing my my fingers simpel fix will keep u posted. Beats me Engine light doesn't come on, hopefully that's a good sign.

Should engine light come on if one of the coils vent bad. No idea if ever replaced car has 170.000 km now, plugs was replaced last year.

Those,V6 are known for eating the back 3 coil packs.
It could be one of them
But sometimes and it's been known that if a midget occurs then it's dependent on the misfire count .so basically how long and wether the ECU can handle the misfire and the amount of unburned fuel

Small update car booked december 3 for diagnose will get back as soon as I got result, crossing my fingers
