Same here but I usually have to spread the replacment of all 4 tyres over 2 months

Have you tried slamming the boot when you have no signal?
Sounds odd but I've had an issue like this and slamming the boot would make it work againLeave a comment:

No but the sensors need to be trained to the replacement box, i too had a similar issues, mine turned out to be low batteries in the sensors, if you wait long enough they go flat and problem solved untill you go for mot at leastLeave a comment:
