    Is that the picture of the actual part? as to me it looks ok, just needs to be fitted, the do pop off quite easy,
    Front tabs in first, you can push the J strip in at the back or lay it flat, then the back of the cover drops in,

    Looks like a Grand Sport rear seat, if it is the part...

    The leather seat is a 6 way manual - it has height adjust, power tilt and power lumber,
    If the driver seat in your car matches that, everything apart from the heaters will work if you transfer them over...

    Both the front seat cushion and back heater mats have a separate NTC thermistor, this is most common cause of the heater not working or turning off after a few seconds.
    (NTC thermistor is a temperature sensor that uses the resistance properties of ceramic/metal composites to measure the temperature)...

    For the heated seats to work it would need a new body harness and programming to the car, someone might be able to retrofit the wires into the existing harness but would be a pretty big job,

    The airbags aren't coded to the vehicle, but it's a 5 min job to swap them over from your existing...
