MR MUSSEL oven cleaner .
För the MAP and MAF electrical contact cleaner nothing abrasive because it's a electrical sensor
And just a cotton wall bud on the MAP sensor.

Can you give me the exact power output on that engine from factory.
Or if you don't mind the reg number then I can look it up .
But I'm sure on some power output they don't have the VNT system.

There's 2 sensors on that line ,TPS = Throttle position sensor .and there's a PPS = Pedal position sensor.
your code is the PPS sensor,not the accelerator pedal assembly.
did thease electricians do test between the TPS ,PPS and the ECM ? Or just direct to the ecm ?

I don't know if you are still cranking it towards the end of the video ,but MAF air flow goes down to about 13g/ sec and egr starts to close .
byt without sound I don't know in what state I'm reading the readings you have put on the screen.
try and get long and short term fuel trims on there...

To me if the engine was seized you wouldn't be able to turn it over ,yours is turning over ok .
but it has the sound of rod knock .
so drop the sump and take the caps off check for wear .any discolouration then it's going to at least require a new crank , and caps including the mains caps...Last edited by lizzard-t; 25-03-2024, 06:23 AM.
