It's a recall so should be fixed FOC even if you're out of warranty I think

How do i find / are there any revision levels on the part No. V0022806765 & V0022776693...... i need to determine how old these parts are??

Common issue. Was being done free of charge but that TSB ran out end of 2013. That said, it isn't unknown for VX to be lenient on this.
