I got eBay calipers when my one seized up and they were perfect, my mechanic couldn’t believe they were just generic from eBay....

I used to loose power and get a fuel pressure code during a regen, only if I put my foot down.
only ever happened during a regen, changed my injectors that were also leaking off a bit but turned out to be the HP fuel pump so the new owner told me....

I replaced the rear snapped spring myself which cost me a total of about £30,
can imagine a garage will charge an hours labour plus parts for the rear and maybe an hours labour + parts each on the front. I tend to do as much as I can with my cars and if needs be I’ve got a cheap mechanic...

depending if it’s front or rear, if it’s front then look at the spring on the suspension struts, if it’s rear then it’s easier to inspect which will just sit on the control arm....

Sounds like a snapped spring, they can break just at the pigtail so it might look normal if the snapped part has fallen off....

yep I second this, looks like it’s leaking from the rad fins. Exact same happened to mine. I managed to get away with mine because it crystallised and stopped the leak. Sold it for spares and repairs not long after for a seperate issue...

Happened to mine, the pedal would pulsate coming upto roundabouts. Had to change them for new discs and pads as they were glazed and warped...

Hoses should just pull off, 2 bolts holding it on and connector. Done 2 on my last insignia. Tried taking the filters out myself but stabbed myself with the screwdriver 3 times....

I bought some Pirelli P-Zeros for my insignia and they were bald within 8months/8,000. Definitely wouldn’t go for them again on any of my cars...

had them on my insignia and also put 4 on my Kia. The way I look at it, we aren’t driving Lamborghini’s so I never go for really expensive tyres.
never had an issue with any autogreens...

have a YouTube, you’ll stick a test tube looking thing onto the header tank and add some fancy blue liquid.
run the engine upto temp and wait for the thermostat to open, if the liquid turns yellow/green it’s a bad head gasket....

Might be worth just doing a sniff test, can grab them on eBay/Amazon for cheap.
