tried this morning with a grip tool and then it was easy to move

Turbo is rather new to me yes ​and all seems good is a bit rusty the actuator is all not...

Could this be a potential turbo issue. Is there anything inside the turbo that is lubricated I have 155.000 km on the and being my first turbo driven car this is new to me.
I am just wondering there is no strange sounds or anything just trying...

Lol so this morning all is good drove the car and pushed it good warning message is gone after 15 min drive and refueled. This car is not first time I get weird messages and the it disappeared the next day never to be seen again last time was Diff service on a very cold winter day - 14 guess Sweden...

Car has been running great the past 3000 km and then out the blue while accelerating boom while boost was pulling it just stopped and show Service Vehicle Soon on the dash. And clearly lack of power.
Stopped the car turned it of and on power was back kind...
