Engine seized on 11 plate 2.0 160 cdti i have replaced with the same engine from an 09 plate.

Everything seems to be in place have fired it up sounds sweet just cant get it to crank on the key any ideas?

Hello. I have a 14 plate insignia SRi however have changed my 18" alloys to the 19" VX-Line ones can i just swap the tyre pressure sensors from the old ones onto my new ones also will they need calibrated to the car? Complete noob here so go easy
