  • Hello! From Selby

Just picked up an Insignia from Vauxhall York. It's the 2.0 CDTI 160 Design with plus pack on a 2013 plate. Nice looking motor but she needs a couple of fixes! One of them is the clutch pedal clunks when releasing at the top? I also get some odd wind/whistling coming through the windscreen but it's going back Tuesday. Hopefully they can sort both out.

the clutch pedal is a common thing on these cars,,specially during warmer weather, sometimes a bit grease on the spring helps

Does the whistling stop when you open fresh air vents or divert air flow to somewhere else.

I think I may know where it is. I saw the left mirror plastic frame where it splits top and bottom slightly apart. I bet that's it. Certainly sounds like it could be. I'll get it back together.
