Aaarrgh, micro fuses!

Went to hard wire my dash cam into the glove-box fuse box this afternoon and what do I find... the Grand Sport is fitted with micro 2 blade fuses.

Hard wire kit only has piggyback fuse connectors for standard and mini blade fuses, so it looks like I'll have to leave it till next weekend so there's a bit more time to fiddle about getting a live feed.

There was me thinking it would be a quick 10 - 15 min job!

Glad I just seen this before buying one. Do you know if the 14 sri facelift with be normal or mini fuses? Tia

The 2014 Insignia should have mini fuses so the standard Nextbase Hard wire kit should fit ok

Just had the exact same problem and am in the process of ordering one from flea bay! Just a matter of interest what fuse number did you piggy back from????

Have you got such niceties as a heated steering wheel?
because that's where someone tapped in .for switched live
and rear cigarette lighter for permanent live.
