I had the same problem with the playstore. The only way for me was to install another playstore apk, nothing else worked. I think your best option is to download different versions of playstore apk from google search and try them one by one. This is the only way of getting out here. At least it was with me.

Finally got it working.
Did the following maybe not in order -
Factory Reset (Erase SD Card)
Reflash with different fw version and flash back to fw of choice
Add google account and remove google account
Clear google play services cache and data
Clear google framework cache and data
Set and confirm date and time is correct
Downloaded aptoide and install the app
Search for google play services latest one and installed
Install the google play apk you provided but wont install only realised after 3 attempts, google play services i downloaded is playstore which is a newer version so thats why it didn't install the older one thead

Very happy it is working now.

Ray is by now an expert with this machine so no worries if something goes wrong.

What other choices do people have? The 10.4" is the best screen or can go bigger.

I believe is the install of the latest playstore. Which is strange your one should off worked as its newer than the current system one.

Btw. If it happens again with the playstore:
Download google chrome apk latest and install, then in chrome search for an app, does not matter which and click on it, when it asks how to open it, choose open with playstore. Then the magic happens and playstore comes back to life. Had same problem today.....again.....

My navigation is working correctly not cutting out the music (using their localmusic app) not tested others yet.
Don't know how but, i downloaded GPS Navigation & Offline Maps Sygic, but was the incorrect one after i tried to use it, but i checked and adjusted the volume in the android settings and in Navi soft in settings selected Sygic as the the nav software. But like i mention is the incorrect one i want, so removed it and downloaded the correct one Sygic Car Navigation, then tried to set it in navi soft in settings but not listed, so went ahead and try the navigation anyway, to my surprise it didn't cut out the music, i not sure if installing the other sygic app and selected in navi soft, set something in their navi app config file.
