VX don't give a flying f..k! Been there, seen that, got the t-shirts. Dealers have more clout than VX and the press won't print anything incase it jeopardises their advertising revenue. The customer care of VX is laughable and Andy is correct, owners know more than the dealers and VX about problems.

When I had mine I always knew before the dealer and VX if an update was ready or not and that issues could be resolved a certain way. Nightmare both if them.

I loved my siggy and kept it as long as I could to try and get it fixed. Wish they were able to sort it as I would still have it!

You get better in depth support from online forums than going to a so call dealer. We all share knowledge and learn from each other.
