Insurance no claim entitlement

I tranferred from direct line to axa and didn't have to send any proof. Most insurers "electronically" contact the old provider and it's done that way as far as I know.



However, if yhey are asking as mentioned above send them your renewal notice.

Normally you just send the renewal.

I've never been asked for v5 or licence. Seems a bit OTT to me.

I had to send my proof of no claims to my insurer. Never been asked for my license or V5 in 12 years of having my own car. Admiral have a link when your a customer to download your no claims so I used that. I'm now insured with Sheila's wheels (no sniggering )

My daughter was asked by Liverpool Victoria for a copy of the V5, driving license and proof of no claims.
