Problem with Navi600 upgrade to Navi900

USB part completed fine

CD part error occured

Source: DVD MY: g__eeu10
Status: 4.Executing Batch File TRIAL: 1
Result: Failed
File/cmd: RMDIR
Reason: Execu. Error



Please help as its a relatives car and they need it working ASAP many thanks !
