Home wheel refurb

I've a set of speedlines on my car,thinking of having a go at refurbing one at home then if it looks **** then will have to go to a pro. What will be best primer and paint and lacquer to use,there are no serious gouges or chunks out of wheels just light kerbing and only intend doing the face of the wheel not in between spokes,also is there a certain paint code for these wheels,
