Fitting Irmscher Grill

Good day people,

I want to fit a Irmscher grill but on the manual from Irmscher it says I have to actually saw my grill out. So before I buy, is this the case? And if so, what would be the best how to?

Ps I already have my DRL light so wanted to do it all in once because the bumper has to come off.

Yep i had to do it many moons ago for my Irmy grille. I used a hack saw but an electric saw would have been much easier . once you have cut the oem grille out the irmy grille comes with the black sticky stuff use gloves when u apply it as its hell to remove off your hands. So u then bond the irmy grille to the oem template and have to leave it in a well aired room for about 12 hours for it to set hard. Then fit it back on your bumper.

Will this need cut or is this a full replacement for existing , have been naughty and not actually checked what's involved just bought it haha

That's full replacement. It will just clip in. As far as I am aware it's only irmy one that needs cutting.

Yeah that's the bit that didn't carry over unfortunately. But comments how to do it is there.

6 torx screws across slam panel. 3 in each wheel arch.
1 other torx screw under car near passenger wheel.
2 bolts under car in sub frame.
Then there are 4 plastic push rivets under car as well that attach to the under tray.
