I got round it by using an app on my iPhone to resize the pics before uploading them.
Excellent! Thanks....It's really easy to use and works on smart phone too.

Only slight issue i found on my iPhone is that it doesnt give you the various links for the photo at the bottom of the page for some reason so you have to click in the address bar at the top, copy the address and when you put it on here just add .jpg on the end to make it a valid image link. Not a big issue though.

That's odd. It shows all of them on android. See if this works,

Yeh no idea why it does it, potentially a quirk in safari or may be even the way my phone is set up. Under the photo all I get is as below :-

May try chrome on my phone when I get a mo.

Tested in Chrome on my iPhone and you get the list of links at the bottom so thats one way round it not working in Safari.

                Nice one!

What I don't understand is what do they get out of it? It must cost to host all the thousands of photos people upload.

I use flickr for all my hosting now. Very rarely use my phone for forum browsing, only when required.

I have my phone set to auto upload to flickr so when i go back to my computer, log on to flickr using Chrome, all my pics are in the camera roll so i right click the one i want and click on "copy image address" and paste it in a thread

I do similar with photos on my phone backing up to Onedrive...just then adding them to forums from Onedrive is a bit of a pain.
