Space saver and new 19's

Had a set of 17's on my car with a space saver in boot. Now got a set of 19's. Now can I just change the size of my tyre on the space saver to match the same turning circle of my 19's or do I need to get a new space saver? Sorry if this is a dumb question.



If I can get a new tyre to replace tyre on current space saver what size is needed?
