Limousine/Hatchback tail lights

Can somebody tell me if the tail lights of the hatchback and limousine are indentical?

yes, I mean the 5 doors and 4 doors. I see a difference in the plastic strip but maybe It will fit on both 4 door and 5 door. I ask this because I want to order new tail lights and some sites are seperately have sections for both 5 doors and 4 doors and other sites tell me It will fit both.

As far as I'm aware they're identical,but not 100%

I think the top photo would be for a hatchback and the bottom photo would be for a saloon.

I don’t think that they are interchangeable.
