Welcome to the forum. Don't see anything obvious in the 2012 manual. but see something that maybe relevant in the rear boot fusebox fuse 19,20,30,32 for side obstacle detector.

Many thanks to all for your time, I have looked in the handbòok and online but still no closer to finding the fuse, the reason I suspect the fuse is blown is because I have some posts say you can hear the sensors ticking when in reverse with ignition on but all off my 8 are quite keep up the good work I will check again fuses 19,20,30,32 thank you and will keep you posted great forum site🤔

This may sound daft, but have you tried selecting reverse with ign on and walking to rear and listen for 'beep' inside car?

When in reverse it bleeps once in car to tell you it's on but that's it on dash says service park assist.

If you press the parking button above the stereo, does the button light up.

Yes but only for a second then on dash display says service parking assist you also get one bleep when put car into reverse.

Its worth a go. Disconnect the negative lead off the battery, leave for an hour then reconnect, when you switch on ignition it will prompt you to reprogram your windows. I hope this maybe a software glitch.
