Keep getting this message when I try to access the play store. Done the clear Google services data and Google play store, removed and readded account nothing worked.

Thanks I give that ago. I even updated google play services through aptoide, that didn't work either.

Still the same. I'm going to reflash with 201801. Then reflash it back and see.

Reflash fw with the latest fw, playstore still getting the error. Looks like the fw image reflash a different partition of the memory and the other is part untouched containing personal files, apk files and other data.

The only other option is to factory reset it in the settings but it is locked with a password. Do you know what the pw is? crunch81

I had the same problem with the playstore. The only way for me was to install another playstore apk, nothing else worked. I think your best option is to download different versions of playstore apk from google search and try them one by one. This is the only way of getting out here. At least it was with me.
