Oil in header tank

just found oil in the header tank on my 2011 2.0 cdti sri.
hoping its not the head gasket,
anybody had this problem please? :-(

Oil cooler banjaxed is the most likely cause. Its the housing which the oil filter screws into, not uncommon for it to fail.
