issue with Park Assist

Hi

I have a 2016 1.6 diesel

I driving along and out of nowhere theres a gong and it say Park Assist off.

Its done this a few times but when I get to the car park the parking sensors work normally

Any ideas whats going on?

Mine plays up sometimes, once iv parked sometimes it stays beeping even when the engine is off , and it says service park assist, how do you service park assist ?
