  • LED lights fitted but no autolights

Hi all, sorry of this has already been covered, i've searched and didn't see anything.

I've fitted these today http://www.horizonleds.co.uk/HIR2-90...%20Lumens%20V2 but now my autosensing lights do not work.

Should the autosensing lights work no matter what lights are installed?

That Company can't spell HEADLIGHT, doesn't inspire confidence!

edit:- The website picture with the word "headlight" spelt wrong has now changed, please ignore this post.

Did you make sure you turned it back to auto after testing the headlights?

That's the exact same kit I had in my facelift and auto lights worked fine. If they work when you turn your lights on, they should work on auto. As said, make sure you've turned your lights back off so they're in auto position. Try sticking your flat cap (or other form of cover) over the sensor on the centre of the dashboard to test. Could just be it hasn't been dark enough for the sensor to activate them.

            Hi,

Not sure what the problem is but I can confirm I bought and fitted these to my car and all is fine, the auto headlights work absolutely fine. My one regrets is they could be a bit brighter with better beam spread as sometimes on unlit roads they do feel a bit dim, don’t get me wrong they are still a huge improvement from factory bulbs.
