Noise from the passenger side - like a running fan

Hi All,

This is my first ever post on any forum. I bought 2010 model Insignia last year and now it has 112k miles on the clock. For past few months I have been hearing some noise which I can not point out.

When I drive my car when its cold , usually when its parked overnight or have not been driven for few hours I hear this noise which sounds like a fan/air leak from passenger side (not sure exactly from where). When I increase my speed the noise gets louder too . Sounds like a high pitch running fan. Strangely after 10 minutes of driving when engine gets warm the noise disappears and does not come back until next morning when engine is cold.

I have looked all over internet and have not been able to find any similar issue.

Hope someone can help me here or direct me to the right direction.
