Hi, You haven't given us any details to for us to answer your question. Was the car new when you bought it? Is it warranty work? If so is the warranty work Vauxhall warranty or was the car bought used with a third party warranty?

If it was bought new with the Vauxhall warranty I would be speaking to Vauxhall customer service. Somebody on here recently had work done on his new car and had to pay out daily insurance costs on a courtesy car and has successfully reclaimed all losses back from Vauxhall plus his next service free.

Sorry I bought the car from Arnold Clark with 12,000 miles on the clock I had it less than 6 months old that's when the problems started, all 4 corners if the car... IM going on holiday for 3 weeks next week and they agreed that they need the car in so a technician can take it home and Garden city use as his own car so he can find the faults...... But said I must pay 12:50 A DAY INSURANCE...SURELY out of courtesy they should pay it regarding all the bother I've had and still not fixed

How old is the car? Is it still under manufacturers warranty? If so, and the faults are that obvious without any further inspection then I would be demanding that a technician go out with you in the car / drive it with you present and acknowledge there is a fault. Never mind them keeping the car and then when you come back off holiday they tell you they can't find anything wrong! Once they acknoweldge a fault exists, and it is covered under the warranty then they should supply a courtesy car. I would have thought their insurance would cover the courtesy car?? Never had to pay anything with Perrys when I get a loan car when mine is being serviced

Why don't you start by giving us some facts

What is the problem / problems you have experienced?
            What have the dealership diagnosed?
What action have they taken to address the issues?
Do you have this all documented?

Depends which insurance firm your local stealer uses.
