It means you have TPMS tyre monitor pressure system fitted .
If you look at the tyre pressures in the manual or door post you will have the different pressures for the eco max and heavy as you noted .
As the system monitors your tyre pressures and say you have them set at (Eco) 38 psi you will need to select the matching setting for this on the computer (eco) if you change this to the heavy pressures say (45) and don’t change the computer it will give you a warning saying your tyres are at the wrong pressure

Thanks for answer but what is the difference in the settings and what is gained or lost by each setting
You have to manually adjust the pressures for each setting it is not automatic .
The difference is the load on the tyre if it is just your driving in an empty car the tyre pressure can be lower as the car weight is low
Eco is a higher pressure and this will reduce tyre contact on the road which will supposedly save fuel hence the eco .
Heavy is a high pressure when the car is fully loaded with people and luugage ie high load on the tyre it will stop a large contact area on the road surface , less drag less fuel used

So for each different setting you would need to adjust the pressure in the Tyre yourself depending on what setting you are using
