Intellilink Missing Icons

I have a facelift 2014 elite with Intellilink. I reset it to factory settings as there was no "projection", "test" or "traffic" icons. After resetting they were still missing.

Any idea how to add them please?

They are not missing. You do not have them on your model. They came later
