putting windows down/ip with keyfob

has above it did work but now when you long press on the fob the windows only drop about 6 inch

then when you do it again another six this happens front and back the car is a 16 plate

ive tried both keys both key and its the same tried reteaching the buttons on door i.e long press when the windows down

all windows work fine using the switches

I'd suggest disconnecting the battery for 10mins or so,after reconnection you'll get prompts on dash to lower and raise each window,,then try again from your key fob

Or maybe try changing battery in key
