  • New member with 11' sri nav what upgrades?

Hi guys, had to say goodbye to my T reg 2.5 V6 Vectra and hello to my new insignia.
Had the vectra for nearly 14 years and put my own touches to it and would like to know possible mods i could do to the insignia. Was thinking of an irmscher grill if they do them? Maybe change the rear clusters? Does anyone know of any quick engine mods possibly? Thanks in advance

        Hi Rory,

14 years is quite an achievement for any car. Don't be afraid to post some pics of it. We're not like other forums....We show an appreciation of any well loved car, not just the Insignia! I bet you had a tear in your eye when you said good bye to the Vectra.

Quickest and easiest engine mod would be to fit a pedal box. And of course we want to see some pics of the Insignia when you get the chance!

Hello,i was in the same situation with my Vectra--had it for 7 years and thought I would never ever part with it,it wanted for nothing-but after having cancer in 2008 and then a heart attack about 11 weeks ago I made the decision to do something for myself before I snuffed it and too be honest its the best thing I have done--still getting used to driving a diesel--always had petrol, last diesel was a freelander[used to do a lot of shooting] and so I now I have my Insignia and with the wealth of knowledge on here I know I can ask for advice which costs you nothing. So welcome from a new member and you will enjoy your Insignia-----Dave
