  • DPF temperature

    Hi all

I've had my dpf cleaned but my light is still coming on (service engine soon).

Car feels and drives fine but running it through Torque pro I have noticed that the DPF temperature sensor never reads above -13c which to me says the sensor is possibly faulty.

Is that normal, I would have thought the DPF would be getting up to 500 or 600c normally?

Anybody got any ideas on the best place to buy a new sensor for reasonable cost?

There are a couple of possible sensors that van be selected, for what I've noticed, some aren't available on our cars and will read nonsense. I think it was called exhaust temperature that give sensible data. It should read about 200 degrees when driving on the highway, 650 when doing a regen.
