Noticed headlights have permanent fog on the inside, and some black run marks.

First thought was have they been apart and fixed, but its a one owner car (Enterprise) so i doubt that.

Suggestions to clear the fog? Take some caps off and gently warm with a hair dryer?

If there a fault on both it will go back via Vauxhall or Motor Depot, i can kick a right stink up.
Now wondering if fault the other day was due to the rain?

You're gonna get a certain amount of misting. It says in the manual its normal to get misting in cold or wet weather. It tends to go away on its own but heavy misting with runs is something that may require attension. Facelifts suffer from it more than the pre facelifts and I notice I get some on the Grand Sport so they haven't cured it.

May be either a poorly fitted rubber boot on the back or a crack in the plastic.

Not seen it a issue on my elite so far though.

After you address the cause of the leak, there is a way to clean watermarks on the inside.

I had to do this recently on my headlights that I had split that were misting up.

I ordered small strong magnets on Amazon.

I cut a small piece of microfibre cloth and stitched it around one of the magnets and put it inside the headlight through one of the bulb holes using one the little grab tool things.

I then took the other magnet wrapped in cloth and attracted the magnet inside the light and was able to drag it around the inside of the headlight cover.

Then recover it with the reach tool.

                  It worked a treat.
