dpf cleaning

Had my insignia dpf cleaned today. The guy couldn't get it to reset the dpf to zero kept resetting to 70 and kept getting a message saying couldnt resest to zero/ or its lowest setting as 70 can't remember of top of my head what it said. Does this sound about right ?

Also showed on screen that its scaled 0/255% not 0/100 like I thought It would.

its done natural DPF regeneration now and its at 36% now, so happy
