Coming to work this morning, ran over something on the Humber Bridge, just a small bump front and back, didn't even see what it was, suspect by depth it was a metal strap or something.

Looks deep, at least when it's resprayed you will have zero stone chips. I know that is of no help.

It isn't . Will just touch up for now, hardly see it, but I know it's there. Can't warrant a respray on full bumper, maybe several weekends with chipex, bit by bit.

I agree, it is low down so not that obvious (and yes, I know YOU will know it's there). As soon as it's the same colour, it will look loads better.

          Oh bugger!

Looks more like a scrape though. Are you sure it wasn't already there before you ran over the strap? I'd say someone has caught it while it's been parked up.

It's low down and slightly underneath. About 3-4mm deep in places

Only did whole car at weekend, wasn't there and not been anywhere for someone to hit it, not that I'm aware off. And to be that deep thought alarm would have sounded and left theft attempt message on dash. You may be right though.

Maybe, still think it's whatever I ran over. Paint us carbon flash, maybe touch up pen or chipex bit by bit.
